Nation Friends

To ensure international contacts Kristanstad Nation has through the years expanded it’s network of friend-nations. In the rivaling town of Uppsala Krischan has an ally in Gästrike-Hälsinge Nation. In Finland we have two friend-nations, Etelä-Pohjalainen osakunta in Helsingfors and Österbottniska nation in Åbo. And of course we also seek or Danish roots and have established contact with the Danish student association in Copenhagen.

We also have a connection to our hometown Kristianstad where one of the daughter organisations of the Snapphane order, Kronlogen, is located (the other one is C4-logen in Copenhagen). C<ontact between the nation and it's friend-nations varies from year to year, but usually contact and cooperation betters when the ball or other party arrangements draw near.

KNV

KNV stands for ”Krischansta Nations Vänner” (The friends of Krischansta nation) and consist mostly of old nation foxes who have taken the step into the work life, but still want to keep the doors open to the nation life.
